Entry is allowed through any road or railway border checkpoint.

Exit is permitted through any road, railway checkpoint, or Belarusian airport.

Duration of Stay:

For Polish, Lithuanian, and Latvian citizens (including Latvian non-citizens): up to 90 days from the date of entry.

For citizens of other 35 countries: up to 30 days from the date of entry.

General rule: no more than 90 days within a calendar year for all categories.

Number of Entries: Visa-free entry can be used unlimited times until December 31, 2025.
Required Documents:
- Valid passport (valid for at least 90 days after departure).
- Medical insurance covering Belarus.
- Vehicle liability insurance ("Green Card") (if entering by private vehicle).
- Electronic control mark confirming disinfection payment (if required).
- Proof of local fee payment (required only when exiting Belarus).
Registration:
- Citizens of Lithuania and Estonia (including stateless persons in Estonia). Must register with internal affairs authorities within 30 days of entry.
- Citizens of other 36 countries. Must register within 10 days at their temporary place of stay (hotels register guests automatically).

Important Notes:
- Foreigners with a Temporary Residence Permit ("Dazvol na chasovae prazhyvannie") may leave Belarus only with a valid visa.
